Log volumes have returned to normal, and we've re-enabled Logplex-based autoscaling. We'll keep monitoring the situation closely until Heroku closes the issue.

We're currently experiencing a large drop in Logplex/Logdrain data received from Heroku.

Autoscaling based on the Logplex has been temporarily disabled until the issue has been resolved.
