We're currently experiencing issues with our Logdrain system. Autoscaling with Logplex is affected.

We're seeing a large amount of packet loss (network issues) on our Logdrain servers. We've reported this to our provider and will continue to look into this. In the meantime we've deployed our systems to a temporary backup platform and the Logdrain has already been restored. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Our managers (autoscalers) are unable to autoscale due to an issue with Heroku's Platform API. Please refer to the following page for more information. We'll re- enable our managers once Heroku's Platform API has recovered.
