The issue appears to have been resolved and the Logplex-based Dyno Managers have resumed their autoscaling operations. Closing this issue for now, but will continue to monitor the situation closely for the time being.
We're currently experiencing issues with Heroku's Logplex, resulting in partial and/or total loss of log data. This is preventing our Logplex-based Dyno Managers from receiving the necessary metrics to perform scaling operations.
