We're receiving log data from Heroku again and have enabled Logplex-based autoscaling. We're monitoring the situation closely for the time being.
It appears that Heroku is now experiencing dyno/networking issues as well. Our API server isn't responding to requests.
Heroku is currently experiencing Logplex issues (missing log data). We've temporarily disabled Logplex-based autoscaling until the issue is resolved.
