Heroku is currently experiencing issues with their Logplex, specifically around emitting router metrics. As a result, certain applications might experiencing incorrect autoscaling behavior. If you're using a Logplex-based autoscaling strategy you might want to temporarily disable the web dyno manager until the issue has been resolved. This is especially relevant for users using the Logplex RPM strategy.
